After my car being in your shop for 3 days and spending $1000 it should be perfect!! Well, while my husband was driving home the car started making noise and he had to immediately bring the car back where you guys had it for another day. Not sure what happened but just glad to now have it back

Brittney was fine overall. But there was a little confusion in the communication between the mechanic and her and me. At intake she said my brakes needed to be flushed. Toward the end of the service she said they couldn’t flush the brakes because a bolt was stuck. Then at checkout the brakes HAD been flushed despite the stuck bolt. I still don’t know if I need to replace the bolt or why it was ever a problem.

Hi- Thank you for taking for asking me for feedback. I have been coming here for about 2 years now. I have been here several times and have always gotten outstanding service from the other service representatives. Unfortunately, I have had the service adviser, David, a few times and every time I dread having him. He is very impersonal. I do not feel that he takes the time to truly help you and understand why you are there. I asked him specifically about maintenance needed on my car in addition to an oil change when I pulled into the lane and he came up to see why I was there. When we got to the desk all he wrote up was the oil change and did advise on any other maintenance until I asked again. It always seems like he has an attitude quite frankly. I really do not like having to deal with him when I come there for service. This is the first time that I have been able to offer feedback so I'm glad you sent the link. I was never contacted by phone for the 6 days my car was with you. I called at least 6 times in a two day span to reach calvin and was always told he would call me back but hours would pass and he never returned my calls. By tuesday night I was becoming impatient and they told me he had left for the night without ever calling me so I was obviously upset and the lady i was talking to could tell so she tried to get a manager but i was told they stopped calvin from leaving and he would call me right back. When he did call back he told me he was with a customer so i feel like i caught you in a lie right there. Then the following day i recieved a text that my car was ready to be picked up and i responded saying i would come the next day. I recieved no response and never recieved a phone call to let me know my insurance company had not yet paid for the work so i drove an hour to your service center only to be told they would not give me my car unless I called my insurance company and had them confirm the payment or I would have to pay out of pocket. So I paid out of pocket and now have to wait for reimbursement. This is incredibly unprofessional. If you would like me to explain the entire situation please feel free to call me but we've already talked to honda corporate and are now Waiting for a call from management on monday. I’m afraid and a little embarrassed to say that I don’t know a Herbert Barlow. Our only encounter with staff at Price Honda was solely with BRADFORD HALL and a few minor conversations with JC. As for those experiences we are completely happy with the service and attention to detail as well as Mr. Halls patience with us. We’d give him all gold star rating.
