The person who set up my appointment had me come in on a Saturday even though a manager had to review my peeing paint issue for measurements to make sure the recall/warranty would cover. The managers that have to do the measurements don’t work on Saturday. The staff that was there in Saturday were fantastic and took care of the batter sensor recall.

Detailing department couldnt get anything right and then our sales rep didn't communicate/follow through with promise of filling gas tank on newly purchased vehicle. Mechanical service kon brake issue and paint touch up was above expectations though. Good job in those areas.

I have never had to wait 1 hour 40 minutes on maintenance service. I was never made aware that maybe they were busy. However, based on my experience it did not Semo so because two people who came in after me left before I did. Yet, no one came and made me aware my service was taking longer and why. The only person who noticed probably based on my demeanor and realized I had been there a long amount of time, asked me what was my last name and found my paperwork and took care of the situation. I’m not sure if I will return. I have a friend who is a mechanic and has offered to help me with my car maintenance.
