David is always friendly, knowledgeable, and explains the services to be performed. He estimates the length of service since I was waiting for my vehicle and is willing to schedule an appointment if the wait is too long. Excellent customer service!

My service experience was quite good. A few years back I took my previous Honda, which I had also purchased at Price, to a competitor's service department simply because it was closer to work and there was a recall. My experience there was an abomination. The waiting area was so overcrowded there was nowhere to sit. Then after waiting for more than two hours for something they insisted would only take 30 minutes, and after working a midnight shift, the service rep came out to tell me they recommended almost $1000 worth of repairs that had absolutely nothing to do with the recall. He talked down to me as though I were an ignorant female who had no idea what was best for my vehicle. I politely told him exactly where he could put his estimate! I have since let everyone I know that my preference will always be for Price Honda and that it's worth the drive!

Been bringing my vehicle to Honda since I purchased it from them. I always get my oil changed there and all of a sudden things were different than usual. It took 3 hours for my car it get done and the price went to $55. Without being told and he wanted to change my brake fluid for $136. I will find other accommodations next time.
