Things went okay until the end with the cashier, who was rude. It was bad enough that I won’t be returning. I have been going to Kelly Nissan in Easton for several years and have been so happy with their service that they were the main reason I was considering buying another Nissan. Just moved to the Doylestown area a couple of weeks ago, and really disappointed with what happened today. As I won’t return to your dealership, I likely won’t buy another Nissan either as I cannot drive to Easton for servicing.

Worst communciati I'll n ever, and attitude given when I questioned the lack of communication. I had to call EVERYTIME The first two days to find out what was happening with my vehicle. When I asked why, i was given nothing but attitude and smart aleck answers. And i have the texts messages to prove what i am saying with the attitude.

We brought in the car two weeks ago. Car was in shop for a week while we were on vacation. Came in to get the car, both service guys at desk said they had no recollection of my car and were rude to me and the lady who was at the front desk. After receiving the paperwork and the sweet lady trying to explain what happened to my car, I asked again to speak to the service representative and calling him out by name (Chris), he finally remembered my car and situation. Fast forward a week later, car is dead with same problem call dealership and ask for a tow, Matt said we don't tow. Get Nissan roadside to tow, Chris calls me and said who has serviced this vehicle its been tampered with.... we purchased the vehicle from O'NEILL only place that has serviced it is Fred Beans since we've owned it. Hopefully fixed this time, but will be taking the car back to Warminstwr after two bad experiences at Fred Beans.
