Originally I was told that my car would be about a week. Well 10 Days went by and no status update call. I had to call and basically he told me that it would be 3-4 weeks and this was day 10. I understand that things take time but it would have been nice to have been told that instead of me having to call to find out and then feel like I was bothersome with the tone of the call. Also I am not sure why when he did contact me he would call my work number and not my Cell first. I am off site a lot at work and I am not sure why that number is in the system as a contact. I would like it removed. I would like to take this moment to say How Wonderful Hannah ( I think that is her name) the service receptionist was everytime I called and I would also like to say how professional Matt, the mechanic was. Matt took the time to explain what was needed. He was also Wonderful! Overall I was annoyed with Chris but I still LOVE Nissan and would still come back. I would prefer not to have a call with regard to this. I would hope that this comment remains confidential with regard to my name. I do not usually respond to these because I do not like to give negative feedback on employees. He may have been having a bad day....it happens to us all. Thank You!

I really like getting the reminders from Nissan via email about service on my vehicle. It is very helpful. Your staff is very professional and courteous and treats the customer like our business matters. The only suggestion I have is for you to consider maybe being a little bit more cost competitive on the tire rotation. I learned today that the prepaid maintenance plan that I bought at the time I purchased my vehicle does not cover tire rotation. That’s OK with me. If I did not pay for it I should not get it for free. I just think the price is a little high at $26.50 for someone who purchased the maintenance plan. It turns out I can go right down the street to Goodyear to get the same worked on for $15. It’s a little inconvenient, but when I consider I will always be getting tire rotation on both my car and my wife’s car at the same time (they were purchased on the same day) it’s a $22 difference every time, Which will be enough for me to get that worked at Goodyear in the future.If they are doing the rotation, they will probably be the ones to sell me tires in the future. It’s not a big deal, Just something for you to think about. I love your dealership and the way I’m treated there And happily tell everyone I know about what a great purchasing experience I had at Beans Nissan.

Service Department and the Cashier were totally professional even without their computers and system which was hacked the day before. It was business as usual even without tech support. Good show!
