One customer service rep had his face covering down both when I dropped off my car and picked it up. This was the young man next to Dan. Of course in this time we all should protect eachother by covering our faces in any public places. I work in a hospital and need to wear a N95 mask all day except for when eating and drinking, and I understand it can be uncomfortable but it is our responsibility to protect each other. Otherwise my experience was perfect!

I had to pay more than I was quoted over the phone for a key fob. I am not happy about the dishonesty. A refund of the difference to me would be the right thing to do.

I literally just bought my new used car from Fred Beans on Wednesday 6/3 and after a used car inspection on Friday 6/5 by our family mechanic we discovered it had an embedded code for the transmission and I was advised not to buy the car. I contacted the sales person who didn’t respond that day or the next so I reached out to the internet sales person I worked with who finally got me answers. I made the appt but your service center couldn’t get me in within the 5 day return option. Anyway, I brought my the car to Nissan, young service person kind of laughed off the embedded code until he had to come back and tell me it was a big issue! And if my mechanic hadn’t caught it the entire transmission would have needed to be replaced. He said he’d call by the end of the week (this was on Wednesday June 10th). I heard nothing...in fact on Wednesday June 17th I called to see what the status on my car was!!!!!!! Really not giving a great first impression to a NEW customer!!! Needless to say suddenly the car was fixed quickly and I was able to pick it up on Thursday around noon. I’ll be honest, I’m now hesitant to use your service again but I have a mfg warranty and extended warranty through Fred Beans so lesson learned is I’ll have to call——oh and please don’t laugh off an embedded code found by a licensed and well respected mechanic!! He saved me heartache and an expense that I would never have been able to afford. Feel free to share this, customer service is so important and if you want repeat customers (there is a Nissan service dept literally 10 min from my house....) perhaps be respectful that we do get a second opinion on a used car-as is recommended by many-and don’t laugh off what a licensed, well respected mechanic shared. I easily could have given him the business but I was hoping Fred Beans would do right by selling a car that wasn’t as thoroughly checked as it should be. I suggest running diagnostics on your used cars so customers don’t have to be without for over a week or are driving and suddenly have issues!!!

We spent far too long at the check out counter despite our having paid online to avoid such contact. Paying online has no breakdown of services and fees. Then our coupon which we printed and included in the overnight envelope wasn’t even used And after paying online we were told it couldn’t be. Dan was awesome and it was not Dan at pick up
