1. I was expecting to pay $39.95 plus tax but when I arrived there was nearly 7 dollars in additional fees that were not detailed or authorized.
2. I did not receive the vehicle inspection report that I am accustomed to receiving. I asked the cashier for it. She said she would put a note on the invoice and have someone email It today. That never happened.
