We were very pleased with the service. It was prompt and everything was taken care of.
Since we have put very few miles on the Saturn as it is our second car I do think the items we had to replace should have been done before we took possession of the car. If the oil was changed (as Charles said it was) then the filters should have been changed also and therefore we would not have had to pay $300.00. I'm glad this is taken care of now but I feel it should have been done before we took possession. We haven't had the care a year Since the car had 111 thousand miles when we purchased it and we only put 1 thousand miles on it the filters should not have been that dirty. But we are pleased with the service and will continue to have Fred Beans take of our Saturn.
