I reported the back panel on right side rear view mirror was missing. The service advisor I spoke to in the phone failed to tell me the replacement came in 2 parts which required me to order the second part and return for second appointment. He should have advised me and failed to do so. My time and travel is important to me but obviously not to him. Poor service

I took my car in for service with a 8:30 appointment at 7:50. I waited in the lobby to hear my name then finally asked at 11:42 pm if my car was ready and if there was an estimate. The lady in the front counter said oh let me see and pulled my file from here stack like it had been sitting there. There was no mobile call nor was my name called like the others that were waiting on the lobby.
