On the Complimentary Inspection there is no report of the items inspected and the result and the recommendation. Like the thickness of the brake pad and recommendation when to replace. If there is no report how will you know what has been done. I am an Equipment Maintenance Manager and I know how it takes to maintain a vehicle. This will motivate the customer to bring their car to your shop.
