I set an appointment for an oil change for today Thursday the 13th of May for 7am because I go to work at 9: 00am. The oil change took over 2 hours to complete and I was an hour late to work. overall I will never set an appointment again and just show up on weekends when I have at least a couple of hours to wait for a basic oil change.

I had an appointment at 10:30am, and service representative promise my car to be ready the latest at 12:30pm. When I when to check my car because it was already the time expected my car wasn't even touch for the mechanics to do the work. I had to wait more time. This is not right.
This is the second time I have a bad experience at the dealer for service.
