Part was supposed to be there on Tuesday. Appointment was made for Wednesday. When arrived. The attendant said I didn’t have an appointment. Received a phone call that the part wasn’t there yet. So the car wasn’t done the same day. When I talked to the service advisor had said the car would be done by 3 pm on Wednesday. Poor communication.

Went to get a tire replaced and they scratched my rims and didn’t offer to replace it but to repaint it , I wanted a new rim , not okay with how they treated my car, they didn’t call to let me know they scratched it, they still installed the tire and waited to show me after when I paid to leave

I went to Carson Toyota for two reasons
One was to have the broken underneath linings
Of my car
Second was to have the regular maintenance due on the
Car per mileage situation
When driving home I heard and noticed some sound
Coming from the wheels. The shop was already closed down
When I came to picked up my car and have to wait while some more minor
Things remain to be done I e tire rotation etc
So I’m suspecting that no test drive was done to detect my later observation.
