The service advisor is rude and trying to upswell my wife. He even mentioned of rotating the tires every 5K miles. Really? And the tone of why are you here for? I already told him I came here for an oil change. He is not that customer friendly. Yes, I understand we have to have sales but NOT through misleading your customers with white lies.
