I requested an oil change along with the safety recall repair. On the paper I was given, it said that they will do an oil change plus a multipoint inspection but only the recall repair was done.

I had to wait an extremely long time to pick up my car. The service receptionist was nonchalant about my wait. I waited 20 min and then had to ask about my car and the paperwork so I could pay. She told me they are starting it and it should be “done in a bit.” I asked what was a bit and she said 10min. I didn’t think this was appropriate to address me like that. There wasn’t any apology for the long wait. This was the worse experience I ever had at this location. I am thinking of moving my business elsewhere.
