By far the best service I have had. She communicated well from start to end. I made sure I understood the time needed to review the work. called me when it was reviewed (3 days before they were supposed to). It even called me about a part increase so we could get on the road faster with the van. This was the smoothest transaction there. You do have a couple of key players still there that make the process manageagle. Erika made this great for us

All off the reps were very pleasant to deal with. Brandon was helpful in getting the work done in a timely manner. I picked the vehicle up and checked it out when I got home. The receipt said that I was charged for a gallon of coolant which upon inspection had not been done because the level of coolant was WAY below the minimum line. Also the ‘beep’ on my alarm had changed from one beep (which I’ve used since purchasing) to two beeps. I drove back to the dealership and they put coolant in as promised however there was no explanation as to why my alarm sounds had changed and they were not able to correct it. I was told that they would coordinate a time that I could (once again) return and meet with the alarm tech to see what’s going on. In the past my alarm had gone off randomly and this was fixed (replaced)by the alarm specialist. I do not want to have this happen again as it was very unnerving. I look forward to having this issue taken care of and look fwd to the phone call. Thank you.

Didn’t feel they really tried to find the problem with my car also when I had the service done to my back lights during the process of removing the back panel a light went out and the dealer is telling me they won’t fix it it will cost $264 in labor and $24 for the bulb which I don’t see why I am responsible for it also I’ve have my vehicle there multiple times and every time there’s something new

There was a lack of follow up on vehicle status, and I was left without a vehicle for a few days. Per original discussion with service tech, I would have been able to get a rental, but was awaiting confirmation of issue to see if rental was covered. I discovered that the radiator had to be replaced twice after it was all taken care of. I call letting me know progress should have been given.
