Need to train customer service reps on how to call your customers back and keep them in the loop of what's going on with the vehicle. Took me over 15 calls and complaining to manager to find out what was going on with my vehicle. This is the worst experience we have ever had with Chrysler. I will never buy from Chrysler or Redlands again.

Always genuine care and customer service from your car service team. Your cashiers, however, could use a little more interest in the customer. I arrived to pick up my car and said hello at the counter once it was my turn and she didn't even look up at me or said hello and only said/asked "what's the last name?" ..some corrections needed to be done on my invoice so I had to wait a few minutes and then the cashier went down the hall to chit-chat. Other than that I always feel taken care of by Redlands Location.

So as for the service from my advisor Nick. He was very friendly and genuine with me. He helped me with updates on my vehicle and was very pleased with his service. Now as for some of the warranty work to be preformed. Only half was taken care of. I know that I've had the vehicle for a few years now but every year I seem to have the same problem. When it rains the 3 piece freedom top leaks. I've had warranty work preformed a hand full of times but this time I was told it wouldn't be covered and would cost somewhere in the 600+ range. Why would I pay for something I feel will leak again? This is where I'm extremely dissatisfied.
