also the last time that I was in and had my car serviced it was the day before Thanksgiving and none of my fluids were took care of my windshield wiper fluids my fluids to my radiator we're low I feel like my car was rushed and rushed out due to the fact it was the day before Thanksgiving and also my tires were not rotated then

On Friday, February 14th, my wife took our Chrysler 300C in to have a knocking sound emanating from the right front of the vehicle checked. It was determined that the problem was a broken bolt on the right front brake caliper. This information was relayed to me by my wife. As I felt that the repair to my vehicle was possibly related to work recently performed at this service facility, I had my wife relay my concern to Mr. Ramirez. He reviewed my vehicles repair history and determined that the problem was quite possibly related to the previous repairs so he derided not charge us for the repair. Although the problem was related to work previously done at this service facility, it is the second time in a row that the service department has gone above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for future servicing.

A few months ago when getting my oil changed, I was told that on my next change, I would need a new air filter. When I brought it on for the next oil change I requested a new air filter. I was told this time that you don’t carry the air filter and it would have to be ordered!
