You refused to do a thorough check of the car unless I paid an additional $155.00. My dealer in San Antonio does not charge for that, and Auto Zone charges about half that amount. Also, you do not take checks. Ridiculous and inconvenient. Other businesses find a way to do take checks --- there are multiple ways to cover yourself, just as with credit cards. I will remember that I can't give you a check for the down payment on my upcoming new car purchase, so I'll have to buy elsewhere. Your customer service stinks. Please stop harassing me with emails. Take me off your list!
