Alejandro was great, but I asked for a comparison price on an oil change which is 160.00 dollars at Jiffy Lube versus your charge of 220.00 dollars. It would have been nice if you honored a competitive price with your customers. I took my truck to Jiffy Lube and they had me done and out in 20 minutes. Now that is customer service.

Jennifer was fine, however the text tool you are using to communicate with your customers while their vehicles are being serviced is a mess. I left two text messages during my service and neither was responded to. Because my messages weren’t responded to, I will bring my car I. Again next weekend for an oil change. When I spoke to your manager and service department they all said they’ve complained about this new customer service text tool. They all say you shouldn’t be using it because it does not work. I have to agree with them. Let’s see if this message is delivered to anyone.

They were supposed to install the Karr Security system and could not so they gave me a phone number. I called the number for SW Security and they never received a work order from Crystal Chrysler and would not install. I called Alex twice and left a message but have still not heard back from anyone and SW still will not install what we paid $800 for.

Nobody could tell me exactly when I was supposed to bring my new 2019 Jeep Renegade in for its initial oil change. Some said 5500, some said it would be between 5000 and 7000 miles. My light never did come on to notify me. I brought it in because I thought 6673 miles was past the time for the initial oil change
