As a customer I resent to pay 1.5 hrs labor when it took 1 hr to complete after alla rather simple task
Solution is not obviously to keep vehicle around longer, rather not to get greedy
I bought three cars in the last 8 years at your dealership. Carlos Dalinas attempts at selling me a fourth were unorofessional and in line with the worst stereotypes of car Salesmanship, professionalism and manners
Bottom line, if no alternatives exist to jeeps in the desert, I will switch to Land Rover
