I really didn’t appreciate how I was waiting for 3 hrs for an oil change. I had a worker come up to me asking if I’ve been help because he noticed I was waiting for awhile. He offered to double check and see if my car was ready, he comes and says my car was ready. I really don’t know how long has my car has been ready but if it wasn’t for the nice guy that came to me and double checked to see if I’ve been helped, I would’ve been waiting longer. So, the person that I was suppose to go to which is Adrian wasn’t helpful at all.

It's understandable that a busy morning like Saturday is exhausting and evey staff is occupied, but it would be better that some staff can greet the client waiting in the line, especially when one already made an appointment, and let them know that they will be taken care of. My experience today is that I waited in the appointment lane without any staff talking to me for about 5 mins or so. I even needed to leave the car and find a staff, and let them know who is my maintenance representative today.
The senior maintenance manager Ken is very professional and informative, which totally reversed my impression about this trip to el Monte Honda .
