I was scheduled to see Chris, but never saw him till I checked out. I thought if you were scheduled to meet with a certain person for service then he/she would make the time for you, I drove to make my appointment with Chris but apparently he didn’t make the time for me. If you are scheduled to meet me then I expect to be met by that person. Gave me a feeling I wasn’t important enough for him to make that SCHEDULED appointment with me.
