Juan and technicians claimed they couldn’t hear the sound from my AC blower motor. They would be the only two people to have been inside my car the past 2 months to have not heard it. In any case, I don’t have time to deal with your techs lack of care, so I bought the blower motor my self from another dealer and replaced it in about 15 minutes. Problem solved. Much less painful than dealing with your representative and probably quicker as well.
