The worst experience I’ve never had. I did my third time maintenance today. I show him twice time coupons which is on your website says $78.99 something, but the representative told me that I don’t need that coz it’s just basic and he give me are higher, but after I paid $230 and got the recepit. I compared with the coupons. The coupons shows the ditails even more than the “higher” one. But I paid $230! And also I know is logical to pay the labor fees, but the representative never told me about that. The the labor fees are $117! Then I ask him wash my car simply, after one second he back and told me the washing tools is broken. What a funny thing. I just do a A12 maintenance. It take me 4 hours and when I’m waiting at the waiting area. I saw though another door that some stuffs are washing the new cars. But that’s fine coz it’s not in the service but when I’m leaving and found something on the receipt made me misunderstand. I called your dealership again and want to give a explain but the guy who answering my phone told me I need to talk with the one who help me or the manager. And then he told me manager’s name but told me she is not here today. I called the third time with a different number which I found it on google, I just said I want told to the supervisor of the service department. And then what happens. The phone is transferred to the manager which the prior’s guy told me she is not here. I’m not sure what I write here is make sense coz my poor English and I asl don’t know it’s useful or not. Anyway, I’ll never back to El Monte Honda. There are full of lies.
