He was fantastic to work with. He explained everything that needed to be done in a way that I understood it.He had the repairs done on my vehicle in a very timely manner and helped me with all of my questions. He also help led me through the process of financing the service costs which was wonderful. I highly recommend him and will definitely come back to have him work with my vehicle again.

Received a video that should have highlighted where the leak is coming from but was unable to understand the video. The person that took the video did not speak or point out where the leak is coming from.
Also, when I got home I notice that there were parts in the vechicle that was removed but was not replaced. I had to drive back to Honda to get the parts back in place.
Not satisfied with the service that I received today.
