I was satisfied with the necessary correction that was made for the reason that I took my car due to a recall. While there,I asked if the door on the driver side could be checked. I was told that just to remove the panel would cost $100!!
Since the problemb was not due to anything on my part, I don't understand why I have to pay for it.

I came in for a right tail light replacement that had condensation in it and during the post work inspection done by Donna she noticed that the left tail light was also having the same issue which I hadn’t noticed, Donna pointed this out to me and asked me if I had the time to have this one replaced also while I was there which I did, This one act showed me that Donna takes the time to go beyond what the original repair was to ensure that the customer leaves satisfied and for this reason any repairs that my vehicle may need will be overseen by Donna and no one else.
