I brought my vehicle in for a recall key start situation. Checked in and a full hour later was told they didn’t have the part, but would be called whenever it comes in. Really? That took an hour? Also, the guest area was pretty sad - the beverage machine was filthy and not functioning. Finally a number of paper and plastic items from the inspection was left in my car - I pitched them when I got home. The whole experience was definitely not up to your normal standards.
