It appears what you fixed today was the issue with my Accord all along. So, I assume I needlessly paid $600 a few weeks ago.

The time estimate for the service was way off. I was told 2 1/2 to 3 hours. It was more than 5. I was offered a car which I appreciated. I turned it down thinking that I wouldn’t need it for the shorter time. Had I known that it was going to take as long as it did I would have used the car. My simple suggestion is to give a realistic expectation. Jeff said there was no chance that it would be done in 3 hours. Otherwise my experience was fine. Thanks

Linwood Williams gives exceptional customer service. Typically, I use Priority in Chesapeake and this was the first time using Hampton Priority due to proximity to work.
