Overall pretty good Tell your folks to be careful because there putting grease stains on the customer's oppose street they wipe off easily but you could tell they had greasy hands on the door and on the CI am not sure if there using the Max that they used to use on the floor

I arrived for my 8:15 appointment and checked in. At 9:55, I asked the person that checked me in how much longer it would be before my car would be ready. After a few minutes I was told my car had not been pulled in to determine the problem with the camera. I was then told the car could be taken back then to research the problem. Because I had a 10:30 appointment I needed to get to, I could not wait any longer. The excuse I received was that the service department was three technicians short today. I was greatly disappointed because I took the day off mainly to get my car serviced and because I was not told of a delay until I asked one and half hours later. .As I waited, I did notice that people were leaving that came into the service department after I arrived. I had to drive over an hour to get my car serviced and expected to have the problem fixed on this one trip. Service person did not offer any options for getting my repair completed or any apologies for what happened or for not notifying me of the delay. I was greatly disappointed with the service I received.

The rep was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to assist me by even pricing tires for me and letting me know the best value. My only bit of frustration was how long I had to wait. My appt was at 8:30 and it wasn’t done until 10:05. The lobby was full so it seems maybe too many spots are booked for the same time. It’s a little rough for us working folks that are short on time.

This is the first time that I've had an experience different than the brand standard, since I purchased my vehicle over six years ago. I had an appointment at 415pm, and arrived an hour early,I had an oil change and state inspection, they did inform me that my car would be serviced at my appointment time, which was fine. I mentioned that I wanted my state inspection sticker in the current location as last time, because I'm small and didnt want it to hinder my view, I also asked that the tire pressure be set to the standard because I had a back tire that was lower than the other three. They agreed for this would be done, when it was time to leave after 530pm, I noticed my sticker was higher than last time, even though I specifically asked for it to be placed where the last tech there placed it, however I was told the techs had all gone home for the day, so I would need to come back in order for my request to be honored, I then went and paid for my services and upon getting into my vehicle I immediately noticed the tire pressure had not been adjusted, however I was informed that Jose had already left, another gentleman I believe his name was Allen corrected my tire pressure, in addition to all of this my car did not recieve the usual quick wash, which normally I wouldnt even be concerned with. I just feel that the "personal touch" that I normally recieve was lacking. Hopefully improvements can be made by my next visit, so I'll still have the loyalty to this priority line up for my next vehicle purchase.
