When I dropped the car off I wanted to catch the shuttle. The young lady told me that due to COVID there is only 1 passenger per trip and there was 2 people ahead of me. If I wanted to wait I would probably have my car back before I could get the shuttle ride that I requested when I booked my appointment online. It was supposed to take 1.5 hours. 2.5 hours later I got my car back still dirty and was informed that the car wash was down. This is the second time I felt like you guys don’t take the customers time seriously. If you don’t really have a functional shuttle system then stop saying you do. If the car wash is down then don’t ask the customer if they want a car wash.

She very professional. Explained every detail of what services done to my car. Though services forgot to wash my car when I was given an option to have it done, I guess it got busy and forgot. All good though.

One thing that I look for while transacting business is “how was the customer service and Professionalism” all of that was met and some. I am satisfied with my car, when I make my next purchase in a few years, I don’t even want to trade this Honda because I’m so satisfied with it. (I’m gonna keep this Honda and buy a different one I like vehicles) no matter what state I am living in, I will come back to VA and get it from priority Honda Hampton. Please don’t ever change. Two things: I was asked when I wanted to pick it up , I said 3 and she said “not a problem “ but it wasn’t ready at 3. Don’t make promises you can’t keep. As I read over the paperwork when I got home there were several items marked “need attention “ Seems like they should have been brought to my attention while I was there so I could ask questions.

The service person Jose was beyond rude and had a terrible attitude. Rolf who assisted me after I requested to change advisors, displayed excellent customer service and was very kind.

Jeff Neise was anxious to get the morning pulse of cars into the process, and as a consequence, was terse with me. I texted later to find out the status of the car and he responded in All Caps that he will let me know when the techician reports to him. Texts/Emails written in all capital letters, commonly called “shouting”, is considered rude in email/texting etiquette. So, as usual for Priority, great job fixing the car, but Mr. Neise needs to work on his communication skills.
