As always, Donna has been terrific and I don'twantthis survey to reflect negatively on her. However, my car is just over 2 years old and it has failed to start on the first crank majority of the mornings for the last 2 months. I know the mechanics need to see the issue replicate to find the issue and resolve it. But, having this type of problem with a fairly new vehicle is frustrating. Not to mention, I just passed my 36k warranty miles and I'm not sure my extended warranty covers this issue.
