I was not happy with the fact that my car should have been fixed under warranty. The issue with the door and the repairs they said we needed which were not covered makes me suspicious. Since I felt like I was getting the run around when I asked about it I asked for the District Representatives number. I was given an unprofessional response and told I should talk to someone in the dealership. I called, left a message asked my wife to call and she was told to talk to someone else. I paid for the car because my EM wife needed it and the service writer didn’t even attempt to try and find the District Reps number just said she didn’t have it and walked away. I asked for the number at the checkout counter and the nice lady was able to give me the number. To say I am not happy about how the situation was handled and the feeling that my trust in a dealership I always trusted is in question is very disturbing.

Brought vehicle for inspection. No issues. Of course they wanted to change every fluid on the car, but that happens at every single shop. If a fluid analysis was performed I would consider it, but no one does that. Just kind of annoying that the oil/filter was changed less than a month ago and I'm being told to change it. It's expected no matter where you go. Likely to cover the dealership. Good service and friendly people. Just wanted to rant about the upcharges since you sent me a survey.

The people and the service was great. The issue I have is I signed up using the link in the app for a fuel pump recall appointment. I took the day off of work. I get a call saying the part has to be ordered so now I have to take another day off to get this recall completed. It’s unacceptable. Between this and the transmission issue I had (repaired under warranty took over a week to diagnose and repair) my lifelong loyalty to Honda is fading. I buy a new car every 2-3 years and have owned 2 pilots 2 Ridgeline 2 civics an accord and a fit. This Ridgeline and today the HondaLink app that comes up Everytime I plug my phone into my car is frustrating
