I brought my sons vehicle in to have a key programmed and cut. I brought my own key, however, I was not made aware that there was a possibility that the key may not be programmed because I did not purchase it from Honda. Had I received a call about the issue, I would have authorize the new key instead of the one that I brought in. I did not realize this was an issue until after we paid and couldn’t get in the car. Donna was available to answer my questions and helped rectify the situation as best she could. She made this negative experience with Honda better. I appreciate her and the time and attention she gave this afternoon. Thank you

They didn't call me to let me know that my tire won't be in till tomorrow, after they found out, they should've called me out of courtesy. I had to call twice to get the service advisor on the phone. I have to bring the car back in for just 1 tire replacement. Pretty inconvenient since I dropped the car off at 1045 am and didn't pick it up till almost 300 pm to find out that they didn't complete the tire replacement.

Two problems with my service yesterday: 1) The hood was not secured by the technician and I didn’t realize it until I was at speed and on the Interstate and it started banging up and down. Pretty dangerous. 2) Something was done to the vehicle audio display system and it is requiring a PIN I don’t have to unlock it and the display will not function and the sound system is inoperable. I looked online, but I can’t get the code. It is not even clear to me why the hood was open and the display system changed when I brought the car in to have rear brake work done. Please advise…especially on the display system. Thank you.
