Had 9:00 appt. Waited 21/2 hours without anyone coming back to let me know why it was taking so long or how much longer I might be there. Did get one text to let me know my car was in good hands. Not good customer service.

Dropped off my car for a scheduled oil change at 10 am. Was told my car would be ready by 12 since I chose not to wait. Called at 1 wondering why I hadn’t heard anything and was placed on hold. Once off hold I was told my service provider was not available and would call back soon. I never received all call back and after an hour called back. I was told they had not started on my car yet. I had work that afternoon and had to pick up my car earlier for transportation. I was not able to pick up my car from a 10 am appointment until 3:30 pm
