Hunter was very rude to my husband and gave us a bad services. He was aggressive as well and the car was not clean right, it was still dirty. Hunter was very rude in the past when we went there to get the services before.He also very rude and argued with Michael the services provider.We don't know that he changed our oil in our car or top off. He supposed to change the oil in our car not top it off. This is a second time, this happened if something isn't done this matter, we will turn in the company to the media.

First I want you to know when I come to the Priority Honda in HAMPTON, I expect quality service and Mr. Michael Knox held the standard exceptionally high. I appreciate his demeanor and tone when he had to share that I needed to return to receive a calibration because the Parts Department was closed. I also appreciate his clear responses to my questions and telling me that my car is safe to drive, until I was able to bring it back for the calibration. He also assured me that when I brought it in I would not have to wait, he would make sure I was taken care of quickly. I appreciate that courtesy. When I brought in my car the next morning I was seen quickly. But, Mr. Knox had to come and share that the calibration indicates I would need another sensor. What I appreciated was that he brought the technician who did the calibration with him. The techniciam showed me the calibration and the technician shared that he consult with another technician to ensure he was reading the calibration accurately. I appreciate that team work. At every point, I can say that I am completely satisfied with the service Mr. Knox provided. It confirms that the standard of quality I always receive when I come to the HAMPTON Priorty Honda is intact and operating well. Thank you Mr. Knox. Sincerely, Ms. GALE L
