I just came in for them to check my oil, because I noticed I had a leak. After they checked everything they told me what was going on and let me know I needed to go to the Volkswagen dealership I left out and noticed my car was revving like I was in a race, my engine light was on it wasn’t on when I got there. So the service manager pulled my hood up and I noticed that they left my oil cap off. I feel like it is ridiculous I’m a priority customer but I feel like I just came off the street I’ve been back to this dealership like 4 or 5 times this month due to things not done right I will not be coming back feels like I’m paying for priority for nothing.
