I came to get an oil change on the 28th of September and my oil light came on saying check my oil. I came in on Wednesday the 19th of Oct and showed Mr Anderson that I checked my dip stick that morning and he kept asking me a lot of questions, then he finally took my car to the back and they had to add a quart and 1/2. I just feel that it should have been right the first time it seems like I’m always coming back with some kind of issue when they work on my car. I don’t want my car to be worked on by Mr Anderson thank you.

My car had recommendations in June and today they did the oil change. But did not cite no recommendations though vsa, tpms and check engine light was on… so it makes me wonder if the June recommendations were valid or for more money. Or if the car review today was not fully done.
But my true advisor Mr. Jim Comey swept in when I called back after husband got my car and I will be taking it back to you guys for a tech to test drive Tuesday at 915am. Because I lost power and it doesn’t accelerate with full ac even after June repairs.
