Donna took over my appointment that was made with Jim Comey. Tuesday was Jim’s day off. She was in contact with me from start to finish since the technician found a couple of issues that I agreed needed to be addressed while the Honda was already there in the shop, saving me an additional service visit.
Donna went over and beyond what I expected from her. She’s also a lot prettier than Jim!! I just had to get that in and I hope someone tells him…..and her as well.
