This is not a reflection on Donna alone. Unfortunately, we have had disappointing Priority service repeatedly during this past year. This recent headlight outage was found when I literally drove my CRV home from its extensive 2-day service. On a prior service, my radio blanked out from a loose battery cable when I drove it home from its Annual Inspection. And before that, our 2015 CRV hood was closed but not latched properly, as we drove home from its Annual inspection. Luckily, we noticed it before getting on the highway. We are still loyal Priority Honda customers, we are just a bit more hesitant to keep saying that the service is "completely satisfactory".
