My mother nearly died a few days ago. I have spent every day in the hospital since, only to pick up a nail in my tire when I left earlier. I called priority ready to beg, because I didn’t trust the spare would hold up until Monday. I probably looked terrifying after going from hospital waiting rooms only to spend an hour on the asphalt changing a tire. I can’t remember her name, but the woman who checked me out went back to check if anything could be done. They fit me in barely an hour before closing. Donna even checked out the old tire so she could try to give me an idea if it could be patched. The mechanic confirmed it wasn’t salvageable, and James came out with my options and everything I needed to decide what to do quickly. They had me ready to go in less than an hour. Honestly it was probably the only thing this week that went easier than expected, and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated it. Please pass on my gratitude to everyone, you really have a wonderful group.

Jim is the man. I’m serious. All of the techs at that location are awesome, but Jim is absolutely extraordinary. I literally called and asked for him by name because he does such a great job.
