I scheduled an appointment for an oil change because I was at 10% oil life. When I called I asked if they could go ahead and do the inspection even though it’s not due until December so I don’t have to make 2 trips. After my appointment I got all the way home and my oil notification came up saying 10% when I called to see if they had forgotten to reset it I was told it wasn’t done. I had to go all the way back to the shop and wait longer to have them do the oil change which was EXTREMELY frustrating. I had taken off work to get this done. They apologized but said he went over everything with me prior. Of course because my appointment was scheduled for an oil change I assumed this was on their list! I had even told them when I was there I was doing the inspection early because the oil needed to be done now. I’m glad they were able to get me back in and get it done but it’s frustrating that I had to make another trip there, waste gas and waste additional time. When I got there I asked to speak with the service manager but he was assisting someone else.
