I understand that I am not a service technician, but I have my tires rotated with every oil change to have a longer life in them, I have always done this. This time, it was not done to “keep the good tires on the front”. The tires are new, should not matter.

Y’all spent 30 mins on electrical diagnostic didn’t even look into the full electrical system just for y’all to tell me my car transmission is shot when I went in for an electrical diagnostic, my car wasn’t holding a stable connection and was running on an open loop. Wasted my time and money, all your tech person did was hook up an obd2 scanner and looked at the trans fluid

Mr. Knox was very courteous but un fortunately when I tried to get in contact Mr. Knox he did not return my call. So, when tow person came to pick up my car to it to priority collision they would not release my car because of a balance. If he had called me back I could have paid by phone which I finally did.
