Mostly good experience; however, it is extremely annoying that your rep tried to find something that needed tending to after telling me I had very low mil and my maintenance was up to date. He strongly stated I needed a tire rotation even after I explained I had new tires and had not yet put 5000 mi on them. There’s a big sticker in my car indicating when I need a rotation and balance. I hate coming in for service for this reason…..it creates distrust.
