Jim was a complete professional from the start to returning my car key.
I would recommend “under promising and over delivering”; meaning, Jim said my car should be done at 9:15 and it was done at 9:40. I was watching the clock. If Jim said to me “you car will be done no later than 10:00a.m”, and you delivered the car at 9:40, I’m a much happier customer. Thanks again Priority Honda for taking care of my Honda CRV!!
