The tech held my car for an hour and a half just to fail my inspection. It took him that long to tell me the battery is too tall for the battery case housing. That’s unacceptable and completely ridiculous.

I just cleaned my car out yesterday vacuuming my floor mats and as soon as I open my door there was a big mud spot up with dirt all over my mat. I also noticed a noise when I started the car not sure what that is or if it goes away
