Adam did an excellent job assisting me with my cars maintenance. I was very disappointed that at 5 years into having a Honda *my 1st Honda) that I had to replace a torque converter during the holidays and then 2 months later a fuel pump. I have had other cars for 10 - 12 years and never had to replace these major parts. Then to find out that full pump was defective and they had to keep my car longer to receive the new part and install it. Adam felt bad for me and really ensured I had a rental car at no cost to me until my vehicle was repaired. I never expected this from Honda considering I bought this vehicle cuz people were telling me they were the best cars. I had never experienced this issue with the service depth regarding the part so. Then the side rearview mirror I ordered was damaged and I had to return that. I really like I was bring punked in my service this time. I can't remember the guys name that called me to let my car was ready but he was also supporting and understanding and was ensuring I got the best customer service. I know I got the rental car free of charge but I would if expected more of a discount from Honda due my inconvenience oh I forgot to mention when I initially came to get service the fuel pump was not ordered so I had to wait til Monday to bring my car in for service

Your service department was friendly and efficient as usual. I was surprised and disappointed when I was asked to pay a 2% fee for using my credit card. I don't usually carry a checkbook or $700.00 of cash. I would think Priority would be big enough to absorb that cost.
