The guy that did my tire rotation was very rude! When I got in my truck the tire screen was up, so I asked Jamie why was my pressures different! She called the guy out! I told him what my problem was and was wondering why they were different? He said the air gauge was messed up as long as it was 35 they would be fine! So 2 of them was over 1 was under! So I asked if he could fix them! He hatefully said “I can just take air out here” I said ok thank you! Then I asked about the low one! He looked at me and said I’ll put a pound of air in there! I said thanks! When he brought it back, I said thank you but you didn’t have to be an ****! He said I have like 25 I’m working on! I feel like if I paid 116 dollars I want it done right!! Was very disappointed!

It is the second time that my car have been ready and I have not been notified, I had to go to the office and ask that is after I have been waiting for long time for them to call me and let me know that my car is ready. Also today the person who took my information asked if I wanted my car washed I said yes. They did not wash my car. So my satisfaction is negative .hopefully this will help to improve customer services in the future

I purchased a used xt5, 2017 model with 26k miles. I have two concerns. First the vehicle was very dirty inside. It appears to have been smoked in, I worked on it for 3 hours deep cleaning the leather and dash. The steering wheel was filthy. Secondly, the door release mechanism trim is not seated correctly and one piece has already fallen off. Noticed this while detailing, a cover plate was not seated correctly, upon seating it correctly, it would no longer remain seated. Further investigation identified the entire handle trim is incorrectly seated, it’s misaligned by about one half of an inch and internal feature that is covered by the plate is damaged. On this issue, how did this pass inspection?
