Text about vehicle completed came after I picked up vehicle. Would have been better if got before hand so I knew it was ready instead of stopping to check on it. Also check out was crazy. Seemed busy, packed office, and long wait. Other then that it was easy to schedule and nice customer service.

This yellow truck is very special because my husband & I purchased it in 2012. He drove by 2-3 times coming home to tell me about this very yellow Chevy & me telling him he isn't need a new truck but after he took me to see it I couldn't resist it. This is the first vehicle he has paid off since he was a teenager. Well,Vince passed away April 10 2019 & this truck will never be sold or traded in. I dropped my truck off at 7:30 for a 10:00 appointment. I called four times with no answer twice and being sent to voice mail twice.
I got to the dealership at 3:15 and my truck couldn’t be found, it was on the grounds but no one was sure were, and they were not sure if the service had been completed. They found my truck and then told me it would be another hour before it was finished.
Communication was none existent.
