I called for a price for the oil change. A lady transferred me to another lady and I left a message to call me back with the price. No one called me back. When I checked out I thought it was a little to high. I mentioned to them someone was supposed to call be back about the price. It's been several days since the change and can't remember what they said.

I did not get a timely call about anything. About what was wrong and how to repair my Tahoe. I was given some BS reason why no one called me.
