Friday had my oil changed Saturday check engine light came on so I popped the hood and noticed my oil filler cap was gone looked around found it by he front on top so I put it back on the light went out Wednesday it took three hours of my time seating there waiting spend almost 100 thousand dollars with them people you think they could of give me a ride back home moved to trumann from lake city anyway there you go

Central kept my car overnight twice without talking to me or informing me what was going on. I called them twice the first time to see what was going on, no answer. I went back the following day and they said the part hadn't came in yet after telling me it would be there by lunch. I picked up my car and a few days later I called to see if the part was in. The lady said yes and I made an appointment again. When I took my car up there a second time to put the part on, they assured me it would be fixed that same day and I told them I did not want my car there overnight again. Well, they kept it overnight and did not call me or anything. I went up there the next day. They had replaced my "belt tensioner" but my car was still making the same loud unusual noise. I went back up there and it seems like they don't know what's going on with my car. Which is crazy because I had just payed them $300 to fix it after having it diagnosed by them. Now they are saying I need an AC Compressor when there is nothing wrong with my air or the part itself. At this point I believe they are just guessing and I refuse to give them anymore of my money until I have an accurate diagnosis on what is wrong with my car. I have been a loyal customer since 2015 and never had problems like this before. I am beyond annoyed at this point and disappointed in how central conducted business.

I wasn’t kept in the loop with what was going on with my car I had to call and call and call and the rare times that I got an answer NO PERSON knew what was going on with my car all saying that it’d be fixed the next day and when the next day came I STILL DIDN’T hear from them so finally I started just dropping in and asking in person and LIKE BEFORE no one knew what was going on with my car. I was bumming rides for almost 3 WEEKS and only 2 days ago was I even offered a loaner vehicle I also feel that the cost of the work was overpriced as well $2500.00 was a lot and. So NO I wasn’t pleased at all the car STILL wasn’t ready when I got there today to get the car it wasn’t washed and I had to bring that up (having the car washed) for it to be done. My 2018 Tahoe was brought in on an extended warranty claim not knowing the extent of my damage it was due for oil change so I asked for that to be done as well. On speaking with someone , not Daniel, shortly after arriving they listened and said there was an issue with lifters. Upon looking at Engine they determined it needed to be broken down to decide extent of damage. Warranty company was contacted ( approximately 4 working days after dropping off which was acceptable I delayed them a couple days due to extenuating circumstances) Warranty made him ask if I would cover engine break down if not needed, I agreed. At this point it took 3 weeks to get the proper info to warranty company. The Tahoe needed a new Motor. It is my understanding that a materials and labor breakout is required no matter what warranty company they are dealing with so this info should have been shared when available. After I had to make contact with warranty company because he stated they hung up on him, the regional rep and claims director contacted Daniel the same day. I was told they had no records of calls. At this point they stated 24 48 hrs to send a rep. After 3 days waiting I called 3 times on Thursday And Friday (24-48 started on a Monday) my call was returned Monday. The warranty company agreed to replace motor. I was told motor would ship soon. I called to check on motor after 4-5 days, spoke with Daniel wasn’t there yet. In next couple days he calls me said motor had arrived. Next day I get a call from parts manager saying motor hadn’t shipped yet. From that point they expedited it seems, and motor was there in 2 days and work completed couple days after that. Daniel called me today said it was ready and that I owed the deductible. Upon arriving to pickup Tahoe I was informed I owed for an oil change. I told the lady at desk “nope” and her reaction was not acceptable from anyone in a customer service roll. She got Daniel he said I requested it ,which I did, but what kinda service department would change the oil in a truck that might need a new motor( When they listened to motor on initial visit they pointed out it could be lifters). At this point, even if they did change oil, he should have not charged for oil change on a 9k+ invoice, due to the utter ridiculousness of changing oil in a vehicle that needed a new motor. He was very defensive and did not seem like he cared one bit about customer service. Not to mention he already told me I only owed for deductible. This was a terrible experience for the 6 weeks it lasted. I truly feel that there department added 2 unnecessary weeks to complete repair. Feel free to give me a call to discuss. ****-****-xxxx.
